What started as a quarantine passion project quickly became something so much bigger. I launched Star & Letter Co. in the summer of 2020 after years of hand lettering just for fun — and it’s been such a joy to watch it grow into a small business that encourages others through creativity. Every design is made by hand (and heart!) and reflects my belief that our creativity is an outflow of the Creator’s — a way to bring light and joy into someone’s day.

From stickers and stationery to paintings and digital prints, I’ve poured my personality and purpose into each piece.

Running this business has also been the ultimate crash course in entrepreneurship — I’ve handled everything from design and packaging to social media marketing and wholesale outreach. I’ve partnered with influencers and boutiques like My Darling Diary, sold hundreds of products, and built a community rooted in encouragement and authenticity.

While I took a break going into college, occasionally I'd do a pop-up on campus! One day I hope to bring it back!

My Darling Diary

One of the most exciting milestones for Star & Letter Co. came when I connected with My Darling Diary on Instagram. I reached out to Jessi Afshin to see if she’d be interested in carrying my stickers — and to my delight, she said yes!

What started as a simple wholesale order quickly turned into a full creative collaboration. I worked with Jessi to design custom sticker concepts inspired by her vision and brand style, and when she later asked if I knew how to make GIFs, I jumped right in and taught myself animation through Procreate and YouTube tutorials. Those designs became part of her brand’s online presence and inspired me to create my own Star & Letter Co. GIPHY page. I even designed her podcast cover art, all while I was still in high school!

The bottom text suggests searching "my darling diary" under GIFs.
